Surrounded by the stunning nature of the Algarve – with coasts, beaches, and peaceful landscapes – you have the opportunity to focus entirely on yourself, your yoga practice, and the community with like-minded people.
Daily Bikram yoga sessions await you in specially designed heated rooms, consisting of 26 asanas and two breathing techniques. These exercises support flexibility, body awareness, inner strength, and concentration, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi.
As co-host in May 2025, I enrich the retreat with Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga classes, each focusing on different aspects such as strength, flexibility, and relaxation. In addition, I lead cacao ceremonies, sound meditations, and sound massages that enable particularly deep relaxation and help release emotional blockages. I also offer targeted coaching impulses to foster resilience, self-reflection, and personal growth. In this way, a holistic experience for body, mind, and soul is created that goes far beyond pure yoga practice.
Alongside the activities, you can enjoy a healthy, nutrient-rich meal plan that supports energy, clarity, and lightness. After the sessions, you can relax in the spa area, enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, or sauna, or treat yourself to a massage. For variety, there are workshops, ecstatic dance, campfire ceremonies, and a day trip to Lagos including yoga on the beach.
Accommodation is provided in comfortable private or shared rooms in luxurious lodges or a villa, surrounded by nature and with exclusive spa facilities on site.
